Make it Cheaper, an online energy broker, wished to optimise their conversion on their landing pages. Using UX best-practice, I redesigned their landing page in order to test if conversion could be improved.
UX Improvments
Small improvements for big impact
The main issue with the current landing page were large sections of text decreasing it’s scan-ability.
Improvements:
- Broke text up into logical sections and added H2 or H3 headings
- Used a horizontal list to highlight key features
- Increased use of imagery
- Added section about the switching process
- Highlighted hero statistic in call-out circle
- Hero section image of man pointing to the lead form to increase conversion
